The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and may be adjusted at phmoney's discretion in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players may also set their own deposit limits from within their Account settings as a responsible gaming measure.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the player's phmoney wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution and may take up to one (1) business day. phmoney is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya and within one (1) business day for bank transfers during standard processing hours. phmoney does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any active Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated balance can be withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, or a method expressly approved by phmoney's compliance team.
phmoney reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending additional identity verification, AML review, or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse. Players will be notified of any such hold via live chat or registered contact details within forty-eight (48) hours.

phmoney is not responsible for losses arising from disconnection during gameplay due to the Player's internet connection, device, or power failure. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmoney Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or use of the phmoney Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit complaints to phmoney's customer support team via live chat or in writing to [email protected]. phmoney will endeavor to resolve Player complaints within fourteen (14) business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations.
phmoney reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including but not limited to changes to eligibility requirements, deposit/withdrawal conditions, and bonus terms — will be notified to registered Players via in-platform notification or registered contact details not less than seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect.
